How far in advance do I need to order?
We require at least 6 days (144 hours) notice so we can prepare your cupcakes with the care and quality they deserve. Each batch is freshly handcrafted to ensure the best taste and presentation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in full through Square, which securely processes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit or debit cards.
Payment must be completed before baking begins.
When and how can I pick up my order?
Pickups are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 3 PM and 4 PM.
When you arrive, please text or call to let us know you’re in the driveway, and we’ll bring your cupcakes out to you. This ensures a smooth and safe pickup experience.
Can you deliver my cupcakes?
At this time, Ganache Panache offers pickup only. We may add delivery options in the future for special events or large orders.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Because each order is custom-baked once payment is received, we cannot offer refunds once baking has begun.
If a cancellation is made before baking starts, we’ll gladly issue a credit toward a future order.
What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Please let us know before placing your order if you or any guest has an allergy or dietary restriction. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but all cupcakes are baked in a home kitchen under Florida’s Cottage Food Law and may contain traces of common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.
How should I store my cupcakes?
Cupcakes are best enjoyed the day of pickup but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or refrigerated for up to five days.
Bring chilled cupcakes to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture.
Do you make custom designs or special flavors?
Our Signature Collection changes regularly to highlight our most-loved and seasonal cupcakes. While we have an extensive repertoire of creations, we feature four to six flavors at a time to ensure every cupcake is perfected with care.
Custom flavors or décor may be available for larger orders with advance notice — please inquire for details.

Are your products inspected by the state?
All cupcakes are prepared in compliance with Florida’s Cottage Food Law, which allows the sale of homemade baked goods from a home kitchen.

Limited local delivery is offered by zone and availability:
• Boynton Beach – $20
• Delray Beach / Boca Raton – $30
• West Palm Beach / Palm Beach Island – $40
Delivery is offered during daytime hours only, when I am available, and is not guaranteed during busy weeks.
