Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once your order is placed, your date, ingredients, and production time are reserved exclusively for you.
Orders must be paid in full to secure your date and begin production. No baking or preparation will begin until payment is received.
Because each item is made fresh to order, all sales are final.
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Cancellations
- Missed pickups
- Delivery unavailability
- Changes after booking
For custom or larger orders, minor adjustments may be requested within 48 hours of booking. After that time, changes may not be possible due to production scheduling.
Please allow a minimum of 7 days notice for all orders. Larger or more detailed custom designs may require additional lead time depending on complexity and availability.
Ganache Panache reserves the right to decline any order that falls outside scheduling or design capacity.
