Pickup & Delivery Policy

 

Pickup

Orders are prepared for pickup at a scheduled time to ensure freshness and presentation.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not collected at the agreed-upon time are considered fulfilled.

Orders not collected within 24–48 hours may be forfeited due to freshness and food safety standards.

Once an order leaves our care, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend transporting desserts on a flat surface in a cool, temperature-controlled environment.

Delivery

Limited local delivery is available based on zone and scheduling:

• Boynton Beach – $20
• Delray Beach / Boca Raton – $30
• West Palm Beach / Palm Beach Island – $40

Delivery availability will be confirmed after booking.

A minimum order may be required depending on distance and order type.

If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability at the confirmed time, the order will be considered fulfilled.
